Antes de salir a campo para hacer avistaje y observación, puede crearse su propio Checklist para comprobar las especies observadas. Las fuentes de datos son diversas, en mi caso utilizo las listas que pueden crearse en www.ecoregistros.com.ar y en www.ebird.org . Hay que tener en cuenta que las listas así obtenidas son el resultado de muchas observaciones y no puede pretenderse ver todo en un solo día o incluso en una semana.

La identificación de ejemplares que causen dudas puede hacer en la misma página, enviado consultas a los foros, o bien comparando con las ya identificadas. Es importante colaborar y contribuir con nuestros datos para que otros también puedan obtener mejores resultados.

Before going outdoors seeking fauna, a checklist of the species in the area can be created using several sources. I’m currently using the information from www.ecoregistros.com.ar and www.ebird.org. You should have into account that list produced in this way will show the totality of the species recorded in that area by all the observers during the whole year and it could be impossible to see everything in one or even in a week of observation.

The identification of species could also be done using the information in the same page, either comparing with other already uploaded pictures or asking in the forums. Collaborate with this initiatives is really important to increase the information and knowledge for the benefit of all the users.
